Arriving in Ubud, Bali

Courtyard Ganesha House
...hot, wet, rainy, humid, crowded with Taxi's, motorbikes, bicycles, "need massage?" or "need Taxi?" every 5-10 minutes, women walking with baskets on their heads, artists everywhere, mother, daughter and small brother on one scooter and no one is wearing a helmut, (she's clearly not a Jewish mother) Monkey Forest Road, more artists shops, Ganesha House tucked back down a lane away from the loud hustle and bustle of Monkey Forest Road. Comfortable, bedroom upstairs, beautiful garden, front and back porch, sitting room downstairs, kitchen in separate building - very Balinese, and temple in courtyard of house. Mate lives in the compound and takes care of the house and the bookstore. Much love, xxoo Jen
